Army Officer School 1 held a conference to summarize the implementation of Decree No. 76 of the Government.

On October 24, Army Officer School 1 held a conference to summarize the implementation of Decree No. 76 of the Government regulating logistics material standards for active soldiers, workers and defense officials in the Ministry of National Defense. Attending and directing the conference were Major General Nguyen Trung Hieu, Principal of Army Officer School 1; Major General Nguyen Khac Thom, Vice Principal of Army Officer School 1, chaired the conference.

The opinions presented at the Conference comprehensively evaluated the results of the implementation of Decree No. 76 of the School in linking the implementation of the Decree with emulation movements such as: The Emulation Movement to Win, The Emulation Movement "The Army Logistics Sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings", "Building and managing green, clean, and beautiful regular barracks", "Good military feeding unit, good military supplies management", "5 good military medical units", "Managing and using gasoline safely, economically, and effectively"... have contributed to spreading Decree No. 76 in the lives of cadres, lecturers, students, staff, and soldiers of the whole school.

In addition to the achieved results, opinions pointed out the remaining shortcomings and limitations in the standards and norms for ensuring logistics materials for the subjects according to the Decree that have not kept up with the development of tasks and living and working conditions of the army such as: Ensuring military supplies, military medicine, barracks... in current practical conditions need to be supplemented and promptly changed in terms of equipment to gradually meet the increasingly high demands of the Army and current practical conditions. During the implementation of Decree No. 76, the regimes and standards of military uniforms, types of equipment and utensils for canteens and kitchens that are issued and replaced need to be adjusted and supplemented to suit the conditions of students studying, marching, and training outside the training ground and training grounds.

Based on the opinions discussed and contributed at the Conference, it is the premise for the Logistics-Technical Department, the standing agency, to continue to advise and propose to the Head of the Board of Directors of the Army Officer School 1 to request the superiors to make changes in the implementation of Decree No. 76, applying it flexibly and creatively in practical conditions to gradually meet the specific operational needs of the troops in the new situation.
