The unit's Party Committee and commanders have thoroughly prepared all aspects for the drill, developed documents and plans that are close to reality, and closely followed the direction and guidance of the City Command.
Plans, documents, and operational diagrams are completed in accordance with regulations and facilities, weapons, and technical equipment are well ensured.

In his speech, Colonel Nguyen Dinh Chuan praised the proactive and positive spirit of the Defense Command of Region 2 - Phu Loi in preparing for the exercise.
The Deputy Commissar of the City Command emphasized: “The exercise is of special importance in the context of implementing the new organizational model. This is an opportunity to test and evaluate the leadership, command, staff, and coordination capacity of cadres at all levels. Therefore, the Party Committee and unit commanders organize and operate the exercise closely and scientifically ; ensuring that it is in accordance with the intention, according to the plan, and achieving the set goals and requirements.”

During the drill, officers and soldiers firmly grasped their responsibilities and tasks; effectively applied leadership, command, and principles to specific conditions; issued decisive orders, ensuring absolute secrecy, safety, and reality.
Agencies and units coordinated closely, handled situations well, and completed assigned tasks well. The exercise contributed to improving leadership and command capacity, combat readiness, and firmly protecting the defense areas under their responsibility.
