From early morning, many people in Go Mang area turned to the cultural house to attend the inauguration, handover and operation of the project. This is a meaningful gift from the Ministry of National Defense to the people of Chi Dam commune. The project was assigned to Division 316 (Military Region 2) for survey, design and construction.

Leaders and commanders of Division 316 presented souvenirs on the occasion of the inauguration and handover of the Go Mang Cultural House.

The Go Mang Cultural House project is built on an area of ​​280m² with a total investment of 2 billion VND, taken from the "For the Poor" Fund of the Ministry of National Defense in 2025. The cultural house includes a hall, functional areas, a playground and auxiliary items, designed in accordance with the customs, practices and cultural characteristics of the midland region. Each row of bricks and wall shows the dedication, responsibility and affection of Uncle Ho's soldiers for the people.

Witnessing the cultural house being built in a spacious and clean manner, comrade Nguyen Thi Huyen Thao, Head of Go Mang area (Chi Dam commune) was moved to express: "During the construction process, although the weather conditions were sometimes unfavorable, the officers and soldiers of Division 316 still stuck to the construction site, actively worked, contributing to completing the project on schedule, meeting the expectations of the people".

For Division 316, the assignment to build the Go Mang Cultural House is not only a duty but also a deep sentiment and gratitude. Colonel Lam Dung Tien, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Division 316 affirmed: “This is a common living facility for the people in the residential area. The project is the crystallization of the sentiment and responsibility of the officers and soldiers of the Division for the Party Committee, government and people where the unit is located - the land that has wholeheartedly protected and helped the Division in the process of carrying out its mission”.

Along with the attention of the Ministry of National Defense, the project also received the joint efforts of agencies, units, businesses and people in the area. In particular, Hung Vuong General Hospital ( Phu Tho province) supported the entire sound system, lighting, and conference hall tables and chairs. Some businesses supported construction materials, and people contributed to beautifying the campus and planting trees...

After the inauguration and handover of the Go Mang Cultural House, the army and people here joined in the festival. Witnessing the joy of the people and the army, comrade Tran Manh Hung, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Chi Dam commune, expressed: "This is truly a meaningful cultural project, not only a place for people to meet and participate in activities but also helps to unite the community, preserving the close affection between the army and the people."
