I. RECRUITMENT POSITION

1. Credit specialist (Customer Management position): 01 position.

II. RECRUITMENT CONDITIONS AND STANDARDS

1. General conditions

- Is a Vietnamese citizen, permanently residing in Vietnam;

- Age not over 35.

- Good health, no disabilities, no sexually transmitted diseases;

- Have good moral qualities, no criminal record; not being prosecuted for criminal liability, serving a prison sentence, suspended sentence, non-custodial reform, probation, being subject to local educational measures, undergoing medical treatment, drug rehabilitation...

- Not currently working officially at BIDV.

In case you have left BIDV, the leave period must be 12 months from the date of leaving to June 30, 2023.

3. Special candidates for interview round:

Candidates who meet the recruitment criteria in section 2 will be considered for preferential recruitment if they belong to one of the following groups:

3.1. Group 1:

Candidates with 03 years or more of continuous working experience (excluding maternity leave, suspension of labor contract), suitable for recruitment positions at credit institutions, auditing companies (position of audit assistant, auditor), Valuation (position of appraiser), securities (position of analyst, self-employed or broker).

3.2. Group 2:

Candidates must meet the following conditions at the same time:

i. Graduated with honors from a full-time, concentrated, long-term university (excluding those who graduated with a second degree or transferred to a university) at the following universities:

- National Economics University

- Banking Academy

- Academy of Finance

- Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City

- University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City

- University of Economics - Vietnam National University, Hanoi

- Foreign Trade University

ii. English proficiency: Have English certificate

(issued by competent authority) Ielts 6.5 or Toefl iBT91/Toefl PBT 577 or Toiec 800 or higher or graduated from University/Postgraduate in countries where English is the official language.

* In case of final year students waiting to get their degree, candidates are required to have a certificate of excellent university graduation.

4. Subjects exempted from the English written test:

Candidates who fully meet the recruitment conditions and standards in sections 1 and 2 will be considered exempt from the English written test if they meet one of the following conditions:

4.1. Have a certificate valid until June 30, 2023, issued by a competent authority of one of the following certificates and minimum scores: TOEFL-PBT 475 points; TOEFL-CBT 150 points; TOEFL_IBT 52 points; IELTS 5.0 points; TOEIC 550 points;

In there:

4.2. Graduated from regular university, majoring in English;

4.3. Graduated from foreign university studying entirely in English.

III. RECRUITMENT FORM

Centralized recruitment through 03 rounds:

1. Round 1: Preliminary screening of documents.

2. Round 2: Centralized professional and foreign language exam.

In there:

- Professional exam: Including Credit operations; Accounting operations; Human resource management operations; Information technology operations corresponding to the applied position.

- Foreign language test (conditional test): the foreign language test is English. Candidates who do not meet the English exemption conditions in section II.4 will take the English test on the computer. The English score is a conditional score, meeting BIDV's minimum level in each recruitment period, not counted towards the score for the interview round.

3. Round 3: Interview .

IV. APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

- BIDV receives application information and CVs online via BIDV's recruitment website (does not accept applications directly at the units). Candidates can refer to the Application Form when applying.

- Candidates who pass the interview round prepare paper documents (photocopies, no need to be certified with the original) for comparison at the registration unit before attending the interview round. In case the candidate does not have all the required documents and qualifications or the information on the documents does not match the information in the online registration form in a way that is favorable to the candidate, BIDV may consider canceling the candidate's exam results. The documents include:

+ Identity card/citizen identification card/passport

+ Master's/University degree or temporary university graduation certificate; Transcript certified by the school.

In case the candidate uses a Master's degree or a second university degree to register (use this degree when declaring to create a profile on the recruitment website), the candidate must send an additional scanned file of the university diploma (for Master's degree) or the first university diploma (for second university degree);

+ Copies of certificates of academic achievement (if any);

+ Foreign language certificate;

+ Documents proving work experience: Labor contract, Recruitment decision, Appointment/job assignment decision, Salary arrangement decision, book

Social insurance and other documents (if any).

+ 4x6 photo file of the candidate.

V. TIME AND METHOD OF APPLICATION SUBMISSION

1. Application submission period: From May 22, 2023 to June 10, 2023. Based on the actual situation, BIDV may stop accepting applications before the deadline.

2. Method: Submit application directly at website tuyendung.bidv.com.vn

- All detailed information about the recruitment round: Candidate registration number, exam schedule, exam location, and exam results will be sent to the email of candidates eligible to take the exam rounds.

Candidates need to read the conditions carefully when applying.
