Attending and sharing the joy with the cadres and people of Xuan Hoi village were comrade Vo Thanh Cong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Lam Dong province; comrade Nguyen Quoc Thang, Secretary of the Party Committee of Bac Binh commune, leaders of the People's Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, departments and organizations of Bac Binh commune and a large number of people of Xuan Hoi village.

At the festival, delegates and people together reviewed the glorious tradition of the Vietnam National United Front over the past 95 years, and evaluated the results of the implementation of the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" in 2025.

Representative of Xuan Hoi village reported the results of the movement implementation.

Xuan Hoi village currently has 512 households with 2,037 people, whose economic life mainly depends on agricultural production and livestock breeding. Under the leadership of the Party Cell, the Village Executive Committee and the Front Working Committee, the people always uphold the spirit of solidarity, help each other develop the economy, build a stable life, and gradually strive to become rich legitimately.

Up to now, the average income per capita has reached 60 million VND/year; the rate of poor households is 0.9%, near-poor 0.8%. The whole village has 185 well-off households, 259 average households, 100% of households use the national grid and 99% of households have clean water. The movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" has been widely maintained, with 98% of households achieving the title of Cultural Family, helping the village to maintain the title of "Cultural Village" for many consecutive years.

Speaking at the festival, comrade Nguyen Quoc Thang, Secretary of the Party Committee of Bac Binh commune, praised the outstanding results achieved by the cadres and people of Xuan Hoi village in implementing patriotic emulation movements, especially the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas".

Secretary of the Bac Binh Commune Party Committee Nguyen Quoc Thang emphasized: "To continue promoting the spirit of solidarity, in the coming time, the Front Working Committee, Party Cell and Village Executive Committee need to do better in propaganda work, mobilizing people to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies and laws of the State; promote democracy at the grassroots level, arouse the strength of great national unity, actively participate in emulation movements, take care of economic development, protect the environment, and build a new cultural life in residential areas."

Rewarding 2 places of worship for good cultural lifestyle

At the festival, the People's Committee and the Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Binh commune honored exemplary cultural families in 2025, and also rewarded two places of worship that have well implemented cultural lifestyles in the Campaign "All people unite to build cultural life in residential areas".

Comrade Vo Thanh Cong, Director of Department of Science and TechnologyLam Dong Province Department of Science and Technology gave gifts to poor and disadvantaged households.

On this occasion, on behalf of the provincial leaders, comrade Vo Thanh Cong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Lam Dong province, presented 10 gifts (each worth 1 million VND) to poor and near-poor households in difficult circumstances. In addition, he personally supported an additional 10 million VND in cash to policy households and households in especially difficult circumstances in the village.
