Blood donation festival "Autumn affection"

Viet Hung Ward , 24-hour Blood Bank Club ( under the Provincial Red Cross Society) coordinated with Bai Chay Hospital to organize the " Autumn Love" Blood Donation Festival in 2025.

Chairman of the Provincial Red Cross Society Ly Van Thanh encouraged volunteers to participate in the "Autumn Love" Blood Donation Festival in 2025.

With the message “Donate blood, multiply happiness”, the Festival attracted the participation of nearly 150 volunteers of the 24-hour Blood Bank Club, along with staff, doctors and nurses of Bai Chay Hospital, patients’ relatives and many local people. As a result, the Organizing Committee received 75 units of blood. All the collected blood will be added to the blood bank of Bai Chay Hospital, serving the timely treatment and emergency care of patients.

The “Autumn Love” Blood Donation Festival is an annual activity full of humane meaning organized by the 24-hour Blood Bank Club, aiming to spread the spirit of sharing and joining hands to save lives to the community.

Established in September 2023, up to now, the 24-hour Blood Bank Club has developed with over 300 volunteers. Every year, the Club coordinates to organize many voluntary blood donation campaigns in the province, contributing hundreds of blood units to effectively serve the treatment work at medical facilities. In addition, the Club's volunteers also actively participate in propaganda, mobilize blood donation and support the organization of programs of the Provincial Red Cross Society, contributing to strongly spreading the voluntary blood donation movement in the community.
