Artist Trung Dan: "My 3 children rarely reveal that they are artists"

Appearing in episode 14 of Night Stories with Stars , artist Trung Dan said that becoming an artist and working in an artistic environment helps him feel always fresh.

However, despite having spent more than 30 years in the arts, the 6X artist frankly said that he has never had a successful role.

The male artist added: "In my life, I have not had a successful role on stage. I still have to adjust, correct and do many things to make the audience more satisfied. That duty, that role, I still continue and it has not ended yet."

On screen, artist Trung Dan often plays villainous, personality-driven roles, so sometimes he doesn't create much sympathy with viewers. However, the male artist said that his children don't think their father is... a bad person. "They know it's just a movie, so they just laugh when they see me act," the artist said.

Trung Dan said that his three children rarely revealed their identities as "children of famous people" at school. When they went to school, only the homeroom teacher and the principal knew that they were the children of famous artists. "Very few people in class knew, there were years when no one knew," the male artist expressed.

He affirmed that his children are not sad that not many people recognize them as the children of famous artists. On the contrary, they all agree on the point of view that "they want to be treated normally like their classmates."

The artist said that thanks to that, his children had a peaceful childhood, not affected by their father's work.

The male artist is proud to be recognized by his wife and children as a wonderful father and an ideal husband at home. For the 6X artist, family is a place of love, understanding and support for each other.

Trung Dan said that being famous sometimes causes him to encounter "half-laughing, half-crying" situations in life.

The artist said that once he took a taxi and the driver recognized him and did not take the money. Another time, Trung Dan went to eat at a restaurant and the audience paid without him knowing.
