Resolution on the termination of the Secretariat's activities, 15th National Assembly

STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the National Assembly No. 57/2014/QH13, amended and supplemented by a number of articles under Law No. 65/2020/QH14 and Law No. 62/2025/QH15;

Pursuant to the Working Regulations of the National Assembly Standing Committee issued together with Resolution No. 29/2022/UBTVQH15 dated December 12, 2022 of the National Assembly Standing Committee;

RESOLUTION:

Article 1

End of the Secretariat's activities, 15th National Assembly.

Article 2

1. This Resolution comes into force from the date of adoption.

2. Resolution No. 32/2023/UBTVQH15 dated February 14, 2023 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on the tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Secretariat and related regulations on functions, tasks, organizational structure, policies and regimes for the Secretariat and members of the Secretariat cease to be effective from the effective date of this Resolution.

This Resolution was passed by the Standing Committee of the 15th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on March 7, 2025 .
