From November 2-10, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken will visit Tel Aviv (Israel), Amman (Jordan), Tokyo (Japan), Seoul (South Korea), and New Delhi (India).

In Jordan, the US Secretary of State will emphasize the importance of protecting civilians and the commitment to humanitarian assistance for the Gaza Strip, restoring essential services, and ensuring that Palestinians are not forcibly displaced outside the Gaza Strip.
Mr. Blinken will also discuss mechanisms to prevent violence in the region, aimed at ensuring lasting peace in the Middle East, including the establishment of a Palestinian state.
Following that, Mr. Blinken will lead a U.S. delegation to Tokyo, Seoul, and New Delhi to promote cooperation for a free, open, prosperous, secure, connected, and strong Indo- Pacific region.
In Tokyo, the US Secretary of State will attend the second G7 Foreign Ministers' Meeting in 2023. Mr. Blinken will meet with Prime Minister Kishida Fumio and Foreign Minister Kamikawa Yoko to discuss the two countries' priorities, including supporting Ukraine's economic and energy recovery, as well as strengthening bilateral cooperation in the Indo- Pacific .
Next, Mr. Blinken will travel to Seoul to meet with President Yoon Suk Yeol, Foreign Minister Park Jin, and National Security Advisor Cho Tae-yong. The parties will discuss how to respond to global challenges, including the conflict in Ukraine and instability in the Middle East.
In Tokyo and Seoul, Secretary of State Blinken will highlight the commitment to defending Japan and South Korea, and reaffirm the importance of the trilateral alliance between the U.S., Japan, and South Korea following the Camp David Summit in August.
Finally, the U.S. Secretary of State and Secretary of Defence Lloyd J. Austin will travel to New Delhi for the 2+2 Ministerial Dialogue. The U.S. delegation will meet with Foreign Minister Subrahmanyam, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, and other senior Indian officials to discuss concerns in bilateral and global relations, as well as developments in the Indo-Pacific region.
