From that thought, the idea of starting a business gradually formed in her mind. With the encouragement and support of her husband, Ms. Loan began to realize her dream, overcoming the pressures of the early business days.
“My husband always supports and helps me wholeheartedly with my work. His companionship has helped me feel more confident on my business path,” Ms. Loan added.
However, her initial entrepreneurial path was not smooth, facing countless difficulties, from thoroughly learning the traditional rice wine brewing process, to constant experimentation to achieve a unique flavor and stable quality for the product.
“Making traditional rice wine and naturally fermented sticky rice wine takes a lot of time and is difficult to apply science and technology. Waiting for a finished product is sometimes very long, but the results are not as expected, making me frustrated and wanting to give up many times” - Ms. Loan recalls the difficult early days.
The batches of rice wine that did not meet the requirements, the failures that seemed to drown all efforts. However, with perseverance and love for the job, Ms. Loan constantly learned, explored, and learned from her failures to continue moving forward.
