A short clip taken from a car's dash cam and circulated on social media shows the incident happening at around 1:56 p.m. on January 18, on Le Duan Street, An Hoa Ward, Phu Xuan District.

According to the clip, when the car with the dash cam was moving in the leftmost lane in the direction of traffic (there are 2 lanes in each direction), suddenly a white car with license plate 75A 289.xx passed from the right and "cut in", forcing this car to stop.

The car with license plate 75A 289xx stopped after overtaking and blocked the road. The driver of the car with the dash cam, after feeling the collision caused by the other car pressing so close, quickly stopped the car and got out to check. At this time, a tall man wearing a hat got out of the driver's seat of the car with license plate 75A 289xx with a threatening tone, continuously pointing and approaching the driver of the other car.
