People of Hiep Luc commune (Ninh Giang) hope to soon invest in some roads and schools.

On the morning of June 5, comrade Pham Van Khanh, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Ninh Giang District Party Committee (Hai Duong) had a meeting and dialogue with the people of Hiep Luc commune.

At the dialogue, there were 11 direct opinions and recommendations from Hiep Luc commune residents to the Ninh Giang District Party Secretary.

People requested the district to have a plan for investment capital to soon complete the construction of the road from the Uncle Ho monument in Hiep Luc commune to provincial road 396. Comrade Secretary of Ninh Giang District Party Committee Pham Van Khanh said that the project to renovate and upgrade the traffic route from the Uncle Ho monument in Hiep Luc commune through the memorial site of President Ho Chi Minh in Hong Du commune to provincial road 396 has a total investment of more than 93 billion VND.

The project started on April 23, 2024, and is expected to be completed and put into use by April 30, 2025. By June 5, the construction volume is estimated to reach 5% of the total work volume. However, to speed up the construction to complete the project early to serve the travel needs of the people, in 2024, Ninh Giang district budget has planned to allocate 25 billion VND and is requesting support from the provincial budget. The district will base on budget revenue to prioritize the allocation for this project.

People in Hiep Luc commune requested to allocate funds to renovate the 200m dike of Luoc river because it is still a dirt road, causing difficulties in agricultural production. People in the commune also requested superiors to support funds to build a new office building for Hiep Luc commune health station, to build Hiep Luc primary school...

Regarding social security, people suggested that the payment of support money to the elderly, meritorious people, and social protection beneficiaries through the banking system should be considered to create favorable conditions because not everyone can do it, especially the elderly.

Comrade Secretary of Ninh Giang District Party Committee Pham Van Khanh and leaders of specialized departments and offices of the district responded and clarified the opinions of Hiep Luc commune people according to their authority; at the same time, they accepted all opinions and recommendations beyond the district level's authority to reflect and recommend to higher levels.
