Vietnamese users can now download the Apple Support application.

According to iMore , with this new update, the application also has a Vietnamese interface and is open to the Vietnamese market. This is the next move after the Apple online store officially opened on May 18.

The Apple Support app allows users to check the status of their devices and easily find repair shops. In addition to being updated with a new navigation bar at the bottom, the app has also been opened for the Vietnamese market.

Users can easily manage devices in the ecosystem with Apple Support

Apple's support app aggregates information about all of a user's devices, along with interactions they've had with Apple over the past 90 days. It also takes queries from the search bar for users to enter, like how to handle a forgotten ID password.

With this application, users of devices in the " House of T " ecosystem will easily track subscriptions, tips and AppleCare coverage for the device in use. The Location section allows to find authorized repair service locations. The Activity section provides an overview of past, current and future interactions with Apple Support.

In addition, before the opening of the Apple online store, the authorized store eDiGi announced that it was ceasing operations. Launched in 2018, eDiGi was the first store in Vietnam to achieve both Apple Premium Reseller (APR) and Apple Service Provider (ASP) standards.
