Vietnamese users deposit to buy more than 50,000 iPhone 16, delivery tonight

As of the afternoon of September 26, many official authorized dealers of Apple in Vietnam said that tens of thousands of iPhone 16s had been pre-ordered and payment would be made upon receipt from 0:00 on September 27.

Speaking to Tuoi Tre Online , a representative of the Mobile World system (including the Topzone chain) said that they have received 60,000 registrations to buy iPhone 16. Of which, 20,000 iPhone 16 have been deposited. The Desert Titan color version with 256GB and 512GB is the most chosen by Mobile World customers.

Representatives of the FPT Shop and F.Studio by FPT systems informed that they have received more than 50,000 registrations, including information about the need to buy and deposit iPhone 16. In which, the iPhone 16 Pro Max version "reigns" at the top of the rankings when accounting for 70% of the pre-order rate. In particular, the Desert Titan color shows strong attraction when chosen by many "bitten apple" fans.

Although the number of deposits has not been announced in detail, according to Tuoi Tre Online 's research, the number of deposits to buy iPhone 16 from the FPT Shop and F.Studio by FPT systems is on par with The Gioi Di Dong.

Meanwhile, a representative of the CellphoneS system said that they have received deposits for more than 7,000 iPhone 16s. Of which, the iPhone 16 Pro Max version reached 91% of the expected number of goods, while the desert color "sold out immediately after opening online deposits for 15 minutes, accounting for more than 50% of the total number of iPhone 16 orders at CellphoneS".

In addition to the three major systems mentioned above, the remaining retail systems are not allowed to announce the number of customers who have placed deposits to buy iPhone 16 (according to Apple's regulations), but only provide the number of customers who have registered information with a need to buy.

Specifically, Minh Tuan Mobile system shared that it has received up to 16,000 registrations to buy, up to this point. Of which, more than 70% of users chose to buy iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB version. The new color Desert Titan was also chosen by the majority of users.

Although the 24hStore system did not announce the specific number of orders, it said that the iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB line still plays a leading role, especially the Desert Titan version, with the total order rate accounting for more than 50%.

“This shows customers' strong preference for high-end devices and trendy color options,” commented Ms. Anh Hong, representative of 24hStore.

According to a representative of the Mobile World system, the number of orders in the system has reached 25,000, 3.5 times higher than the same period last year.

Thus, preliminary estimates from the above dealers show that Vietnamese users have ordered more than 50,000 iPhone 16s as soon as this product officially started selling in the Vietnamese market. The selling price of iPhone 16 ranges from 22 million VND to nearly 47 million VND.

Delivery time for customers who have deposited to buy iPhone 16 will take place from 0:00 on September 27.
