Red Lantern is located in Darlinghurst, Sydney (Australia) and was co-founded by celebrity chef Luke Nguyen, known for his role as a judge on Master Chef Vietnam, his sister Pauline Nguyen and partner Mark Jensen.
On the occasion of its farewell, Red Lantern said it will organize many special events and experiences to honor the beauty of cuisine, culture and the art of storytelling through food.
