Merge Son Vien and Que Loc communes

According to the arrangement project of Nong Son District People's Committee, the entire natural area and population size of Son Vien commune will be merged into Que Loc commune to establish a new commune administrative unit.

After the arrangement, the new commune administrative unit meets both standards on natural area and population size as prescribed in Resolution No. 1211 dated May 25, 2016 of the National Assembly Standing Committee. Specifically, the new commune administrative unit has a natural area of ​​126.6% and a population size of 193.48% compared to the standards.

The above merger project received high consensus from Que Loc commune voters with a rate of 99.4% and Son Vien commune voters with a rate of 99.61%.
