In 2022, Senior Lieutenant Dinh Viet Loi returned to work at the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order of Thua Thien Hue Police (now Hue City) and was assigned to work at the Team of Guidance, Registration, and Residence Management; Issuance and Management of ID Cards. This was also the time when the City Police made efforts to implement two major projects including: "National Database on Population" and "Production, issuance and management of Citizen Identification Cards (CCCD)"; at the same time, promoting the implementation of Project 06 in the city.
In early March 2023, implementing the order of the City Police Director on "Issuing the order to collect CCCD application files for 100% of citizens residing in the area", in addition to directly participating in collecting CCCD application files and electronic identification at the unit, Senior Lieutenant Dinh Viet Loi also participated in volunteer groups to directly go to the grassroots to guide the installation, registration and activation of electronic identification accounts for people. At the same time, he provided professional guidance on collecting CCCD application files and electronic identification for local police.
With determination and effort, Senior Lieutenant Dinh Viet Loi contributed his small part to help Hue City Police complete the recognition of 100% of citizens present in the area, being one of the first 19 units to complete the issuance of CCCD, and was commended by the Minister of Public Security . “As a young party member, during my work, I always take the 6 teachings of Uncle Ho to the People's Public Security as the ideological foundation and guideline for all actions. From there, I constantly cultivate and practice revolutionary ethics; study and follow Uncle Ho's example through specific actions and deeds,” Senior Lieutenant Dinh Viet Loi shared.
Flexible application
As Secretary of the grassroots Youth Union, Senior Lieutenant Dinh Viet Loi flexibly applied the motto "Taking professional work as a Youth Union movement" and "Youth Union work closely linked to professional work". From there, he proposed many plans and solutions close to reality and mobilized union members and youth in the unit to carry out many activities and models to support people in the city.
A typical example is the activity "Weekend as a commune police officer" to establish shock teams, guide, collect documents, and activate VNeID electronic identification accounts for citizens residing in remote border areas. With the model "Weekend to resolve administrative procedures at home", from March 2024 to now, it has resolved the issuance of ID cards and collection of electronic identification at home for more than 900 cases of the elderly, sick, and ill. Senior Lieutenant Dinh Viet Loi is also a direct reporter to propagate the regulations and benefits of the electronic identification and authentication application for members of the City Police, university students, etc.
Major Le Viet Phuong, Head of the City Police Youth Union, assessed that the Youth Union of the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order has built many youth projects that have brought about practical results. That result has a great contribution from the energetic and enthusiastic Youth Union Secretary - Senior Lieutenant Dinh Viet Loi. This is one of the typical nuclei of the City Police's youth.
Recently, Senior Lieutenant Dinh Viet Loi was recognized by the City Youth Union as an advanced youth following Uncle Ho's teachings for the 7th time - 2025; for two consecutive years 2023 and 2024, he was recognized by the City Police Director with the title "Grassroots Emulation Fighter" and is an excellent party member of the Party Committee of the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order of Hue City Police. |
