The Bready - Fresh Bread brand has just officially posted an announcement "closing the 21-year journey" on the company's fanpage. In the announcement, this unit stated: "After 21 years of accompanying and serving, we would like to respectfully announce: The journey named "Bready - Fresh Bread" will officially end from October 1, 2025.

The past two decades have been a journey full of memories, where Bready has shared delicious, fresh loaves of bread, and many dishes, along with countless stories, smiles and attachment from our customers. Your trust and companionship is the great source of motivation that has helped Bready reach where it is today."

In the comments section, many people expressed their regret because this is a bakery that holds many childhood memories for Saigon people: "I couldn't visit the shop one last time, so sad. Thank you to the brand for always bringing satisfaction over the years. Wishing you all success on your new journey."

Before officially closing, Bready only maintained one store at 62 Mac Dinh Chi (Tan Dinh Ward, HCMC). In previous years, the brand was present on many central streets such as Ba Huyen Thanh Quan, Vo Van Tan, Ky Dong, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, etc.

Bready was founded in 2004 by Dr. Tran Quang Vinh, who studied and graduated as a regular doctor. According to information on the brand's website, just as he was about to enter the medical field, he suddenly turned to another direction: the food business.

The idea of ​​​​Bready came by chance when Mr. Vinh visited the first foreign fast food restaurant in Vietnam. Impressed by the fast, professional and clean service model, he "hatched the idea of ​​​​creating a model of Vietnamese people, for Vietnamese people".

At that time, the appearance of Bready in the early 2000s created a new wave for Vietnamese bread. As a doctor, Bready bread was welcomed because it was made according to a new recipe - fresh bread, prioritizing freshness, softness, and aroma.

From a street cart to a modern bakery, Mr. Vinh has always tried to change constantly, incorporating many Western dishes while still maintaining the brand's unique characteristics. However, in the rapidly changing vortex of the culinary market, Bready stopped playing at the age of 21.
