Ninh Binh speeds up business investigation to come up with appropriate policies to promote development

(PLVN) - The Ninh Binh Provincial Statistics Office has been accelerating the progress of the 2025 enterprise survey with a spirit of urgency, science and efficiency.

The 2025 Enterprise Survey is conducted nationwide to collect information on enterprises, cooperatives, and cooperative unions (collectively referred to as enterprises) with production and business activities in all sectors in the Vietnam Economic Sector System (VSIC 2018). The three sectors not participating in this survey include: Sector O - activities of the Communist Party, socio-political organizations, State management, security, national defense, and compulsory social security; Sector U - activities of international organizations and agencies; Sector T - activities of hiring workers in households, production of material products and services for household self-consumption.

With the nature of the survey having a large amount of information, some difficult indicators, and a wide scope of investigation, the Ninh Binh Provincial Statistics Office has focused on selecting a force to participate in the survey with 72 investigators and 56 supervisors at the provincial and district levels with professional qualifications, to guide and support enterprises in declaring information correctly, fully, and promptly, ensuring the quality of the survey data.

In Ninh Binh province, in 2025, 7,038 enterprises in the province participated in the survey, of which 5,669 enterprises had full questionnaires and 1,369 enterprises had sample questionnaires.

The survey will be conducted from April 1 to June 30. The official results of the 2025 business survey are expected to be announced between December 2025 and March 2026.

Of the total 3,175 enterprises that have completed information declaration (as of May 19), 2,605 enterprises were fully investigated, reaching 45.9% of the number of enterprises subject to full investigation; 570 enterprises were sample investigated, reaching 41.6% of the number of enterprises subject to sample investigation.

Mr. Pham Dang Khuyen, Director of Thanh Hoa Export and Investment Company Limited (Khanh Nhac Commune, Yen Khanh District) said: The information provided by the company will be kept confidential and used for the right purpose. The company has full confidence in the statistical system and hopes that through the collected data, the State will have an overall view and come up with appropriate policies to promote business development.

Mr. Bui Van Dong, Director of Ninh Binh Statistical Office, said: This survey is large-scale, so a large number of investigators are mobilized to participate. Although there are adjustments to the organization of the industry, because the statistical system has been carefully prepared from the Central to the local level, the implementation of the 2025 enterprise survey in Ninh Binh province is still carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Survey Plan and the issued Plan. Enterprises also cooperate very well and comply with the State's regulations.

To complete the business survey plan in 2025, in the coming time, the Ninh Binh Provincial Statistics Office will promote propaganda work so that business owners clearly understand their responsibilities, obligations and rights in providing complete, timely and accurate statistical information, serving the management, operation and planning of policies to promote business development, improve the investment environment, contributing to the socio -economic development of Ninh Binh province in particular and the whole country in general in a sustainable direction.

The results of the 2025 business survey are also an important basis for Ninh Binh province leaders to continue building goals and plans for business development in the following years.
