Ninh Binh strengthens management of the use of records and books in schools

GD&TĐ - Ninh Binh Department of Education and Training requires schools to use records and books in accordance with regulations and encourages the application of information technology.

On September 25, the Department of Education and Training of Ninh Binh issued Document No. 936/SGDĐT-GDTrH requesting kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, high schools and multi-level general schools in the area to strengthen management and use of records and books in accordance with regulations.

According to the Department of Education and Training, currently, some schools still use many types of records and books outside of regulations, causing pressure and wasting time for teachers and administrators. To overcome this situation, the Department requires educational institutions to: Not use additional types of records and books outside of the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training ; Promote the application of information technology and digital transformation in school management; encourage the use of electronic records and books; Allow teachers to choose the presentation form (handwritten or typed) for records and books; encourage the use of records and books in electronic form.

Ninh Binh Department of Education and Training emphasized that strict implementation of regulations will contribute to reducing administrative pressure and improving the effectiveness of management and teaching in schools.
