Educational institutions are required to proactively investigate, update universalization forms, complete electronic records, and coordinate with the People's Committees at the commune level to self-check and request recognition of PCGD and XMC standards in 2025.

Regarding facilities, the Department of Education and Training advises on investing in repairing and upgrading schools, prioritizing classrooms and functional rooms serving the 2018 General Education Program. Schools in disadvantaged areas are supported with equipment, learning materials and toys for 5-year-old children, the foundation age group for the universalization process.

In the coming time, the Department of Education and Training of Vinh Long province said it will continue to promote propaganda work on mass media about the importance of PCGD and XMC work, associated with building a learning society and lifelong learning.

Along with that, it is necessary to diversify propaganda forms to raise awareness of cadres, party members and people, especially about the policy of student streaming after junior high school.
