The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training has just sent a document to the heads of units under the department requesting reports on contractor selection activities for bidding packages under the procurement project (estimate) of agencies and units in the period of 2024 - 2025.

Pursuant to the official dispatch of the Department of Finance on the report serving the planning of periodic inspection and supervision of bidding activities in 2026, the Department of Education and Training of the City requests units to report on contractor selection activities for bidding packages under the procurement projects (estimates) of agencies and units in the period of 2024 - 2025.

Specifically: Project name (estimate), total investment capital/total estimate, approval decision, bid package name, contractor selection method, bid package price, winning bid price, inspection and examination conclusion, resolution of recommendations, if any... According to the Department of Education and Training, the implementation of the report will be summarized to calculate the emulation score in 2025.

To prepare a plan for periodic inspection of bidding activities in 2026, the Department of Finance requests departments, branches, sectors; and public service units under the City to coordinate in providing reporting data related to bidding activities at agencies and units.

Departments, branches and sectors are the focal points for synthesizing the reporting data of public service units under their agencies and are responsible for the accuracy and honesty of the reporting data. After the merger, Ho Chi Minh City (new) has 252 public service units under the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training.
