
With outstanding achievements in management work contributing to promoting the emulation movement "Good Teaching - Good Learning" in the period of 2020 - 2025, Ms. Ha Ngoc Lan has been commended and rewarded many times. In particular, at the 1st Patriotic Emulation Congress of Phu Tho province, she was honored as a typical example in the period of 2020 - 2025, receiving a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Tho province.
Notably, the female principal and the school have successfully implemented the model of "Training and improving the capacity of homeroom teachers", contributing to improving the quality of managers and teachers, promoting the emulation movement "Good teaching - Good learning", improving the overall quality of education of the school.
Ms. Ha Ngoc Lan shared that homeroom teachers play a core and important role, being a bridge between the school and parents and the community. Through homeroom teachers, parents will receive information, plans and content related to students' learning. Therefore, to improve the quality of education, it is necessary to first train and foster a team of homeroom teachers who have all the factors of professional expertise and soft skills to contribute to the excellent completion of assigned tasks.

From that orientation, the School has implemented the model of "Training and improving the capacity of the team of homeroom teachers" since September 2023. The Board of Directors has met and agreed to develop a set of criteria and procedures for selecting teachers to work as homeroom teachers; content and training plan for homeroom teachers. Accordingly, homeroom teachers are a team of teachers with solid professional expertise, a high sense of responsibility, good communication and behavioral skills, the ability to handle and resolve situations related to students, parents and the community...
The Board of Directors and professional groups focus on training, planning, and innovating professional activities to meet the needs of teachers; organize seminars to foster propaganda and mobilization skills, communication and behavior skills, and resolve possible situations; promote self-study, self-training, cultivating and improving management, care and education skills for students. The school encourages teachers to actively apply information technology, digital transformation, create lively lectures to attract students and use applications and software to exchange information with parents; care for and foster a team of young homeroom teachers, assign experienced and prestigious homeroom teachers to train and support new teachers assigned to be homeroom teachers.
In addition, the Board of Directors regularly pays attention to and promptly helps homeroom teachers resolve arising problems. Timely recognizes, commends, and rewards teachers with outstanding achievements in homeroom work, homeroom teachers with excellent students... to encourage and motivate the teaching staff to do homeroom work.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy, homeroom teacher of class 4A4, Le Van Tam Primary School, said that the model of "Training and improving the capacity of homeroom teachers" has improved the capacity of homeroom teachers, bringing many practical benefits, helping teachers fulfill their roles as both teachers and guides, supporting students in the training process. First of all, teachers are updated with new knowledge about homeroom work, classroom management skills, and student education methods in the context of educational innovation. This helps teachers confidently handle pedagogical situations, building a positive, friendly and disciplined learning environment.
Along with that, it helps teachers practice communication skills, coordinate effectively with parents and forces inside and outside the school, contributing to improving the quality of comprehensive education for students. Teachers are able to share experiences, access new models and solutions in moral education, life skills, school psychological counseling; have opportunities to develop their careers, and enhance their reputation in the pedagogical community. The training process also motivates teachers to innovate and create, meeting the requirements of improving the quality of education and training today.
The President of the Parents Association of Class 4A4, Le Van Tam Primary School, Ms. Vu Thi Mai, said that the model has played a coordinating role between the three educational environments "School - Family - Society"; caring for, managing, and educating students to progress; regularly exchanging information, promptly resolving arising problems. From there, a close, cooperative, and responsible relationship with parents has been built, contributing to building a safe and friendly educational environment. Most homeroom teachers have received support and trust from colleagues, from parents, and are loved by students.

With efforts in the career of cultivating people, in the 2024 - 2025 school year, the school's Board of Directors has actively promoted the emulation movement "Teach well - Learn well", built an educational plan, and directed its implementation to achieve high efficiency. The comprehensive quality of education is well maintained: 100% of grade 5 students completed the primary school program; 99.4% of students from grades 1 to 4 completed the class program. The quality and results of nurturing gifted students were improved with 253 awards, including 4 national awards, 55 provincial awards and 194 city awards. Teachers participating in excellent teacher competitions at all levels won 1 first prize, 5 city encouragement awards and 1 provincial first prize.
