On the evening of November 6, social networks shared a clip recording two female students fighting in a school restroom, causing a stir in public opinion.
The video shows two female students grabbing each other’s hair and wrestling them to the bathroom floor. They punch each other repeatedly. The fight lasted for about 3 minutes, witnessed by many other students, but no one intervened.

According to the reporter's investigation, the incident occurred at Phu An Secondary School (Phu An Ward, HCMC).
The leaders of Phu An Ward People's Committee and the Principal of Phu An Secondary School confirmed that they had received information about the clip of two female students fighting. Local authorities are currently investigating the incident.
Previously, Tien Phong newspaper reported that an 8th grade female student at An Dien Secondary School (Long Nguyen Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) was dragged into the school restroom by a group of nearly 10 female students from the same school and beaten. The victim was hospitalized with multiple injuries and 3 cracked ribs.
On November 6, the Board of Directors of An Dien Secondary School worked with the students involved and their parents. The principal of this school accepted responsibility for the incident of students fighting. The school said that according to regulations, expulsion is no longer a disciplinary measure. Therefore, the school will handle the case in an appropriate manner within the allowed scope. At the same time, the school will take corrective measures to avoid a recurrence of similar incidents.
