The annual National Week of Clean Water and Environmental Sanitation (from April 29 to June 5) was launched by the Prime Minister since 1998.

To deploy the organization to respond to the National Clean Water and Environmental Sanitation Week in 2025, the Department of Agriculture and Environment requests provincial and local departments, branches, organizations, and units to widely disseminate on mass media (newspapers, radio, television, etc.), hang banners, posters, and billboards at offices, public places, and main traffic routes with the goal and content of clean water supply and rural environmental sanitation to create momentum and encourage everyone to actively respond to the Week.
Organize online communication campaigns on social networking sites, websites of socio-political organizations, and local schools to educate, raise awareness, and change community behavior regarding clean water use, environmental sanitation, and personal hygiene to improve health and prevent disease.
Implementation period from April 29, 2025 to May 6, 2025, can be extended to World Environment Day June 5, 2025, integrated with other major events and holidays such as: World Environment Day, April 30 and May 1.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment requests provincial departments, branches, sectors, and organizations; People's Committees of districts, cities, towns, and agencies and units to direct the organization of the response to the National Week of Clean Water and Environmental Sanitation in 2025 in a solemn, practical, and economical manner, avoiding formalities and waste...
