In the context of continuous floods, especially after storms No. 3, 10, 11 and now storms No. 12 and 13, Vietnam Education Publishing House once again affirms the spirit of "For beloved students - no child is left behind", always ready to accompany and share with students, teachers and schools in difficult areas, areas heavily affected by natural disasters and floods.

Representative of Vietnam Education Publishing House presented cash and textbooks to representative of Department of Education and Training of Bac Ninh province.
Specifically, on November 4, a working delegation of the Vietnam Education Publishing House (VEP) led by Mr. Nguyen Chi Binh - Deputy General Director - visited and supported schools affected by floods in Bac Ninh province.
In the spirit of mutual love, Vietnam Education Publishing House supports flood-affected schools in Bac Ninh province with 30 million VND in cash and 7,752 textbooks (500 sets), worth nearly 106 million VND. Vietnam Education Publishing House hopes that this support will help students overcome difficulties and quickly stabilize their studies.
Speaking at the Program, Mr. Nguyen Chi Binh - Deputy General Director of Vietnam Education Publishing House - shared: "Immediately after receiving information that floods have seriously affected the education sector of Bac Ninh province, Vietnam Education Publishing House proactively planned to donate books and part of the funding to students in difficult circumstances affected by floods and natural disasters in the locality."
Previously, on October 23, in Lang Son, the working delegation of the Ministry of Education and Training , led by Permanent Deputy Minister Pham Ngoc Thuong, inspected preparations for the 2025-2026 school year and activities to deal with the consequences of natural disasters. On this occasion, the Ministry of Education and Training and its units donated a total of VND 4.35 billion. Along with that, the Vietnam Education Publishing House also supported the provincial education sector with VND 50 million.

On October 17, Vietnam Education Publishing House accompanied the working delegation of the Ministry of Education and Training led by Deputy Minister Le Tan Dung to visit and work in Tuyen Quang Province on dealing with the consequences of storms No. 10 and 11. Sharing the difficulties with the province's students, through the Department of Education and Training of Tuyen Quang, Vietnam Education Publishing House supported the students with textbooks worth about 100 million VND.
Since the beginning of the year, the total budget of Vietnam Education Publishing House for social work and charity has reached 4.3 billion VND. During the recent storms and floods, Vietnam Education Publishing House donated nearly 200,000 textbooks and cash, totaling 3.5 billion VND to schools and students in the following provinces: Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Nghe An, Tuyen Quang, Son La, Lao Cai, Bac Ninh, Cao Bang, Lang Son, Thai Nguyen, Thanh Hoa, Da Nang, Thua Thien Hue.
Storm No. 13 continues to have a serious impact on the Central provinces, causing great damage to infrastructure, especially in schools. In this situation, Vietnam Education Publishing House has proactively prepared resources and is ready to support affected localities, in order to help teachers and students stabilize teaching and learning soon after the storm.
Vietnam Education Publishing House has committed to spend a total of 20 billion VND for the program "Supporting textbooks for students in storm-flooded and disadvantaged areas" this year. Educational institutions facing difficulties with textbooks due to floods and storms should send official dispatches to Vietnam Education Publishing House, which is ready to receive, review and support as soon as possible.

Students of Chieng So Ethnic Boarding Secondary School (Muong Luan Commune, Dien Bien Province) were happy to receive new textbooks.
