DNVN - Salesforce, an AI-based customer relationship management platform, has just announced that Vietcombank is currently deploying its Financial Services Cloud, CRM Analytics, Marketing Cloud and MuleSoft solutions to consolidate Retail Banking and Corporate Banking functions on a single AI platform.
