Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuy, Chairman of the Board of Directors of LienVietPostBank

This decision was unanimously approved at the regular meeting of the Board of Directors (BOD) in December 2022 of LienVietPostBank, approving the resignation of Mr. Huynh Ngoc Huy from the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors according to his personal wishes. Accordingly, after nearly two years as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuy was officially elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors of LienVietPostBank. Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuy was born in 1976, graduated from Colorado State University (Colorado State University - USA). He has held the position of chairman as well as important positions at many large enterprises operating in fields such as finance, securities, insurance, real estate , construction, energy, cement ... Specifically, since 2006, he has held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Xuan Thanh Group; In 2010, he became Chairman of Saigon Xuan Thanh Football Club   and in 2011 he was Chairman of Xuan Thanh Securities Company. In 2012-2013 he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Xuan Thanh Ha Nam Cement Company, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Xuan Thanh Quang Nam Cement Company. In 2016 he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kim Lien Joint Stock Company. In 2017-2018, he continued to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Xuan Thien Ninh Thuan Solar Power Company, Xuan Thien Dak Lak Solar Power. In 2019, he took on the position of Chairman of Thaiholdings Group. Along with that, he was also recognized with many noble titles such as Outstanding Entrepreneur of 2019 and received a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister. In 2011, he received the Third Class Labor Medal and the Second Class Labor Medal in 2017.

As of November 30, 2022, LienVietPostBank's total assets reached over VND 312,000 billion, of which outstanding loans to market 1 (where transactions take place between financial institutions and businesses and residents) reached VND 228,685 billion, capital mobilization from market 1 reached VND 233,425 billion. Currently, LienVietPostBank has more than 1,000 transaction points nationwide (561 branches and transaction offices, 573 post office transaction offices).
