Mr. Pham Duc Tien holds the position of Deputy Secretary of Thua Thien Hue Provincial Party Committee.

On September 14, Thua Thien Hue Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Secretariat's decision on personnel work.

According to the decision, the Secretariat assigned and appointed Mr. Pham Duc Tien, member of the 13th Central Inspection Commission , to join the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Thua Thien Hue Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Speaking on the day of taking up his new position, Mr. Pham Duc Tien pledged to work with the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Thua Thien Hue Provincial Party Committee to overcome difficulties, complete the goals, targets and tasks set by the Provincial Party Committee; and unite to build Thua Thien Hue province to develop quickly and sustainably.

Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Hoang Dang Quang affirmed that Mr. Pham Duc Tien has received basic training and has held many positions, which are favorable conditions for him to perform well the duties and tasks assigned by the Secretariat.

The Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee requested the Provincial Party Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Thua Thien Hue Provincial Party Committee to pay attention, help and create favorable conditions for Mr. Tien to successfully complete the tasks assigned by the Secretariat.

Mr. Pham Duc Tien (48 years old, from Thai Binh province) has a master's degree in Party Building and advanced political theory.

He has held several positions: Director of Research Department, Central Inspection Commission; Director of Local Department 2, Central Inspection Commission.

Mr. Tien has held the position of member of the 13th Central Inspection Commission since July.
