Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 19th term, 2021 - 2026 term.

On the afternoon of July 31, at the 19th session (special session), the People's Council of Bac Ninh province, term XIX, 2021 - 2026, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman in charge of the Provincial People's Committee was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, term XIX, 2021 - 2026.

Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan was born on October 3, 1977, hometown Kinh Bac ward, Bac Ninh city, Bac Ninh province.

His professional qualifications: Doctor of Business Administration, Master of Educational Management, Bachelor of Science in Social Management; Political theory level: Advanced

Before May 2015, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan was Chief of Office of the Provincial Youth Union; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union and then Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union of Bac Ninh province.

On May 8, 2015, he was mobilized, assigned and appointed by the Provincial Party Standing Committee to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Bac Ninh City Party Committee for the 2010-2015 term.

In July 2020, Mr. Tuan was a member of the Standing Committee of the 19th Provincial Party Committee, term 2015-2020; Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, term 18th, term 2016-2021.

In October 2020, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan was a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, term XX, 2020-2025; Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, term XVIII, 2016-2021.

On January 30, 2021, at the 13th National Congress of the Party, he was elected as an alternate member of the 13th Party Central Committee, term 2021-2026.

On July 16, 2024, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan was assigned by the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province to manage the activities of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province until he fully assumed the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province.

On July 29, 2024, he was elected Deputy Secretary of the 20th Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
