After nearly a month, the national final night of Miss Grand Vietnam 2023 took place at Phu Tho Stadium, Ho Chi Minh City on the evening of August 27. As a result, the representative from Khanh Hoa, Le Hoang Phuong, became the owner of the crown. Pham Thi Hang Nga - SBD 039 - Ha Nam made it into the Top 10.
The top 10 contestants in the final night include: Dang Hoang Tam Nhu - No. 211 - Thua Thien Hue (Inspirational Award); Le Thi Hong Hanh - No. 314 - Thai Binh; Nguyen Vinh Ha Phuong - No. 003 - Ho Chi Minh City; Pham Thi Hang Nga - No. 039 - Ha Nam; Tran Hong Ngoc - No. 120 - Long An; Nguyen Thi Thu Hang - No. 174 - Hanoi ; Le Hoang Phuong - No. 241 - Khanh Hoa; Truong Qui Minh Nhan - No. 158 - Thua Thien Hue; Bui Khanh Linh - No. 388 - Bac Giang; Nguyen Thi Thuy Vi - No. 116 - Tra Vinh (Miss Popular Vote).
The top 10 contestants wore blue ao dai when presenting about peace. The topics of school violence and domestic violence were chosen by the contestants in their presentations. Many contestants chose to present in two languages. Contestant Pham Thi Hang Nga (Ha Nam) chose to present in Russian.
