Launching the 7th "Clean Up Vietnam" Campaign

On May 30, the Department of Education and Training in collaboration with the Vietnam Green Community organized the launching ceremony of the 7th "Clean Up Vietnam" Campaign with the message "For a green - clean - beautiful Vietnam".

The program aims to respond to World Environment Day (June 5) and World Oceans Day (June 8) in 2025.

Attending the launching ceremony were representatives of the Vietnam Institute of Educational Sciences (Ministry of Education and Training); Center for Natural Resources and Environment Communication ( Ministry of Agriculture and Environment ); Vietnam Green Community, the Provincial Department of Education and Training, the Department of Education and Training of Lao Cai city and more than 1,000 students from localities in the province.

The 7th Clean Up Vietnam Campaign was organized by the Center for Natural Resources and Environment Communication in coordination with the Vietnam Green Community to raise public awareness of environmental protection in 63 provinces and cities; spreading love for the environment to the young generation and people.

At the launching ceremony, representatives of the Department of Education and Training deployed activities in response to World Environment Day, the 7th "Clean Up Vietnam" Campaign to the entire industry with the messages: "Green Lao Cai - Green Vietnam", "For a greener - cleaner - more beautiful Lao Cai"...

Accordingly, depending on specific conditions and situations, schools organize specific environmental protection activities for teachers and students, such as: garbage collection, tree care, and natural landscape improvement.

The launching ceremony aims to build the image and spread the message so that every student and every citizen has the responsibility to protect the environment, contributing to promoting the image of Lao Cai to all parts of the country and international friends.
