(kontumtv.vn) – Kon Tum province authorities have just discovered a truck transporting a large amount of goods from foreign sources without legal documents.

Previously, on August 27, Market Management Team No. 1, Kon Tum Province Market Management Department discovered a truck with license plate 47H-00450 traveling through Kon Tum city with signs of violations.

By the afternoon of August 29, Market Management Team No. 1 had coordinated with relevant agencies to monitor and carry out the process of inspecting vehicles and objects according to regulations. Preliminary results showed that the truck was carrying many goods of foreign origin without valid invoices or documents, including food, candy, cosmetics, functional foods, massage chairs, MRI machines, etc. The total value of the goods was estimated at over 300 million VND. At the time of inspection, the authorities discovered that the vehicle had other violations.

Mr. Duong Quang Vinh - Captain of Market Management Team No. 1, Kon Tum Province Market Management Department said: " At present, many foreign goods have been released, without providing invoices or documents, and some foreign-origin confectionery products are transported together with pesticides, which is not allowed under state regulations. The market management team has first identified foreign branded goods, and will handle them according to the law."
