Comrade Vo Ngoc Thanh Truc, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Women's Union, attended.

At the congress, delegates summarized the results of implementing the Resolution of the past term, drew lessons, and approved the Action Program of the new term with the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development". Many key contents were discussed, including supervision, social criticism, anti-corruption and waste prevention, as well as promoting the role of the people in building the Party, government and political system.

Speaking at the congress, comrade Vo Ngoc Thanh Truc emphasized that the front and ward member organizations need to continue to promote the strength of great national unity, playing a core role in building a solid solidarity bloc. Activities must be people-centered, with residential areas being key areas; innovating content and methods, promoting propaganda and mobilization in line with reality, associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.
He proposed promoting patriotic emulation movements associated with social security, caring for people's lives; improving the effectiveness of social supervision and criticism, strengthening democracy, and consolidating people's trust in the Party.
The ward front also needs to be a pioneer in applying technology, digital transformation, developing young human resources, and continuing to affirm its central role in the great national unity bloc.

The delegates consulted and elected 47 members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward; 5 members of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Hai ward for the 2025-2030 term. Ms. Le Thi Hang continues to be the Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Hai ward for the new term.
At the same time, the congresses of socio-political organizations (Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Women's Union, Veterans Association of Tan Hai ward) also took place simultaneously.
On this occasion, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City supported 200 million VND for Tan Hai Ward to carry out social security activities. The Congress also launched a program to support the Cuban people, award scholarships to disadvantaged students, and give gifts to policy families.
