With the conditions of a particularly difficult commune, the Tra Giac Commune Military Party Cell always identifies the task of developing new Party members as an important task, especially the force participating in ensuring national security and defense in mountainous areas. Every year, the Commune Military Party Cell always achieves and exceeds the assigned Party admission target, some years exceeding 200%.

According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hieu - Head of Tra Giac Commune Military Command, in regular meetings, briefings and thematic activities, the unit always spends time focusing on discussing the task of developing party members.

Following the orientation and Resolution of the Tra Giac Commune Party Committee, the Commune Military Party Cell directly reviewed and grasped the aspirations of the masses participating in the village youth union branches.

The Party cell assigns Party members to support outstanding people to attend training courses to improve their awareness of the Party. Immediately after completing the training course, the Party cell invites outstanding people to return to the unit to receive direct guidance on how to write a personal profile.

Mr. Hieu said: "After identifying outstanding people, the Tra Giac Commune Military Party Cell immediately carried out training, education, and background verification procedures.

The road to the roof villages in Tra Giac commune is very difficult, sometimes having to walk for several hours, but the Party cell always seriously carries out the background verification work according to the correct procedures and regulations.

From 2019 to present, Tra Giac Commune Military Party Cell has developed 14 new party members, exceeding the assigned target of 4 comrades, and in some years exceeding the assigned target by 200%.

Party member Nguyen Thanh Luyen (Ca Dong ethnic group, village 1, Tra Giac commune) is a party member admitted in 2023.

Mr. Luyen said: “After the process of training and improving my political theory awareness, I have become more courageous and have made many positive changes in all activities. I was entrusted with the task of being the permanent militia squad leader of Tra Giac commune and will continue to help the Party cell discover outstanding people, propagate and help many young people to join the Party ranks.”

Over the past time, Party members of Tra Giac Commune Military Party Cell have continuously promoted their pioneering and exemplary role in performing well the national defense and security tasks in the locality.
