In addition, focus on training, fostering and attracting highly qualified human resources for the development of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation. Effectively implement mechanisms and policies on talent. Developing infrastructure, especially digital infrastructure and digital technology, maximizing the potential of data, turning data into the main means of production, promoting the rapid development of big databases, data industry, and data economy.

Binh Thuan possesses many potentials in natural resources, geographical location, especially large space for developing renewable energy, marine tourism and sustainable agriculture. If applying modern technology and synchronous digital transformation in these three areas, the locality can rise strongly in the region. Accordingly, in agriculture, Binh Thuan province focuses on applying science and technology to improve crop and livestock varieties, increase productivity and product quality. In the field of tourism, Binh Thuan has applied science and technology to research on building tourism brands, assessing factors affecting Bau Trang landscape... These studies have contributed to positioning Binh Thuan tourism brand, proposing solutions to preserve and promote the value of natural landscapes, and developing sustainable tourism.

Thanks to the application of science and technology, Binh Thuan has achieved positive results in recent times such as: Productivity and quality of agricultural products have been improved, contributing to GDP growth. Clean agricultural models have been developed, the environment has been protected, tourism brands have been built, attracting tourists, landscapes and cultural heritages have been preserved and promoted, and the material and spiritual life of the people has been improved. Binh Thuan is gradually affirming the role of science and technology as an important driving force to promote sustainable socio-economic development.
