Approving the election results and dismissing the Deputy Chairman of the People's Committee of Lang Son province.

The Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Lang Son province for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Dinh Huu Hoc, Member of the Standing Committee of the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee.

On October 30th, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh signed the Prime Minister's Decisions approving the results of the election and dismissal of the Vice Chairmen of the People's Committee of Lang Son province for the 2021-2026 term.

Specifically, in Decision No. 2408/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Lang Son province for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Dinh Huu Hoc, Member of the Standing Committee of the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee.

Mr. Dinh Huu Hoc, born in 1977, holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor's degree in Economics (Business Administration), and a Senior Certificate in Political Theory. Prior to being elected as Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Lang Son province for the 2021-2026 term, Mr. Dinh Huu Hoc served as Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Lang Son province.

In Decision No. 2409/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Lang Son province for the 2021-2026 term for Ms. Tran Thanh Nhan, Provincial Party Committee member and Secretary of the Party Committee of Chi Lang commune.

Ms. Tran Thanh Nhan, born in 1982, holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Senior Certificate in Political Theory. Prior to being elected as Vice Chairperson of the People's Committee of Lang Son province for the 2021-2026 term, Ms. Tran Thanh Nhan served as Secretary of the Party Committee of Chi Lang commune.

At the same time, in Decision No. 2407/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the dismissal of Mr. Luong Trong Quynh, a member of the Standing Committee of the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee, from the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Lang Son province for the 2021-2026 term.

In Decision No. 2410/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the dismissal of Mr. Duong Xuan Huyen, a member of the Standing Committee of the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee, from the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Lang Son province for the 2021-2026 term.

These decisions take effect from October 30, 2025.
