On the morning of December 17th, a delegation from the government of Hua Phan province (Lao People's Democratic Republic) laid wreaths at the statue of President Ho Chi Minh (Saigon ward, Ho Chi Minh City).

The delegation from the Hua Phan provincial government, led by Mr. Bounvixay Kongpaly , Standing Committee Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Hua Phan Provincial Government Committee , arrived in a solemn and respectful atmosphere.

Mr. Bounvixay Kongpaly and his delegation respectfully offered fresh flowers to President Ho Chi Minh.
