Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee approved the plan to auction the right to use the above land according to the proposal of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center. The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to establish procedures to determine the starting price for the land auction and submit it to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for approval.
After approving the starting price, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center shall establish procedures for the Provincial People's Committee to issue an auction decision; establish procedures for selecting an auction organization to organize the auction according to regulations.
According to the proposed plan of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, the above land has an auctioned area of more than 3 hectares, planned for non-agricultural production land; the remaining area is not auctioned.
According to the land use planning of Tan An commune, this land is planned as industrial - handicraft land. Investment industries are: cast iron, bronze; iron industry; processing of household wood, fine art wood; rattan and bamboo weaving; production of rubber and plastic products; food processing; textiles...
For the auctioned land area, the State leases land and pays a one-time fee for the entire lease term in the form of land use rights auction with a land use term of 50 years. The expected land auction period is 3 months after the Provincial People's Committee issues the auction decision.
The land is expected to cost about 20.7 billion VND. This is the first land in Vinh Cuu district to be auctioned according to the plan to auction 37 land lots in 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee.
