Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Thanh Son wished the dignitaries, monks and nuns in the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Bien Hoa province and city good health and joy on the occasion of Buddha's birthday, and continued to do well in Buddhist work. According to Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Thanh Son, in October 2025, Dong Nai will hold the Provincial Party Congress. According to Venerable Thich Hue Khai, the time of organizing the Buddha's birthday and the 2025 United Nations Day of Vesak hosted by Vietnam coincides with the time when many important events are taking place in the country and province, including the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification. Therefore, in the Buddhist activities program, Dong Nai Buddhism has carried out many welcoming activities, in which more than 700 monasteries simultaneously hung national flags and banners with the slogan: Warmly welcome the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification, Dharma - Nation - Socialism; simultaneously ringing bells and drums on the morning of April 30; presenting gifts to 20 heroic Vietnamese Mothers and families with meritorious services and supporting gifts for people in difficult circumstances.
