According to the report of the Front Working Committee, Nguyet Lang B hamlet currently has 554 households living there.

Last year, under the leadership of the Party Committee and the government of Binh Phu commune, especially the consensus and active response of all the people, Nguyet Lang B hamlet achieved many important results.

Notably, the economy in the hamlet continues to develop steadily. Average income per capita reaches 65.5 million VND/person/year.

Poverty reduction work has been promoted. The entire hamlet now has only 3 poor households, 29 near-poor households and 90.3% of households have achieved the title of Cultural Family. The hamlet continues to maintain the title of Cultural Hamlet and New Rural Hamlet.

Secretary of Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee Tran Van Lau, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Long province, presented gifts to the local government and people.

Speaking at the festival, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan praised and congratulated the outstanding achievements that the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front, sectors, organizations and all people of Nguyet Lang B hamlet, Binh Phu commune, Vinh Long province have strived to achieve in the past year; as well as in maintaining the solidarity and cohesion of the community.

The Vice President asked the provincial leaders to continue to promote the province's existing potentials and advantages to create an endogenous driving force for new development to maintain an important position in the Mekong Delta region and the whole country. In particular, taking care of the people's lives to continue to be improved, especially the Khmer ethnic people in the province to be increasingly united and developed.

For the Fatherland Front and organizations, it is necessary to mobilize people to actively participate in patriotic emulation movements, actively transform economic models, to green economy, digital economy, to improve people's income and life. The Vice President and the delegation and leaders of Vinh Long province offered incense and flowers to President Ho Chi Minh at Uncle Ho Temple.

On the same morning, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan and her delegation respectfully visited, offered flowers and incense to President Ho Chi Minh at the historical and cultural relic site of Uncle Ho Temple in Long Duc ward, Vinh Long province.
