Vinh Long launches GIS database platform

On the afternoon of November 17, the Department of Science and Technology of Vinh Long province held a launching ceremony of the Vinh Long GIS database platform. This is considered an important turning point in the construction of digital government, digital economy and digital society in the province.

Leaders of departments, branches and sectors pressed the button to launch the GIS database platform.

Vinh Long province database platform (GIS) - one of the subsystems of the Intelligent Monitoring and Operation Center (IOC) deployed for 12 fields, including: Ethnicity and religion, internal affairs, justice, finance, industry and trade, agriculture and environment, construction, science and technology, culture-sports and tourism, education and training, health and Economic Zone Management Board.
