Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Nam Hung was authorized to be Chairman of the Land Valuation Council.

Accordingly, authorize Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Nam Hung to perform tasks under the authority of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, as Chairman of the Provincial Land Valuation Council.

The authorization period is from July 9, 2024 to the effective date of Land Law No. 31/2024/HQ15. Comrade Tran Nam Hung directs and operates the Provincial Land Valuation Council in accordance with State regulations; is responsible for his decisions before the law and before the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
