Mr. Tu said: "I hope the final round will not only be a place to honor the talent and sportsmanship of the worker players but also a festival to unite the business community and workers nationwide.

The tournament contributes to promoting the movement of "physical training following the example of great Uncle Ho", motivating each worker to love their job more, be more attached to the collective and make positive contributions to society. Besides, VFF hopes that through this tournament, we can discover more potential factors for the grassroots and semi-professional football movement in the future."

* The Northern and Southern regional qualifiers were very exciting. Compared to 2 years ago, what impressed you most in the qualifiers?

- That is the professional quality and competitive spirit of the teams have been significantly improved. Compared to 2 years ago, the participating teams this year are more thoroughly prepared, with investment in personnel, tactics as well as physical strength. Besides, the spirit of dedication, fair-play and enthusiastic cheering from the audience in the localities have created a truly vibrant football atmosphere, demonstrating the strong influence of the workers' football movement nationwide.

* Watching the final match of the Northern region qualifying round between the People's Public Security Trade Union and the Vietnam Banking Trade Union, how do you rate the quality of this year's tournament?

- The final match of the Northern region was really exciting and of high professional quality. Both teams showed a spirit of determination, discipline and organized play. I think this year's tournament has shown remarkable progress in terms of technique, physical strength and tactics. That affirms the effectiveness of the close coordination between the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor , the Vietnam Football Federation and Tuoi Tre newspaper in organizing, training and developing the sports movement among workers and laborers.

In addition, the great cheering from the fans in the stands has also helped many teams play well and surpass themselves. In the final round that promises to be passionate, many teams will certainly bring along a force of enthusiastic fans to further boost their competitive spirit.

* Do you think the top four teams in the two-region qualifying round, namely the People's Public Security Trade Union, Vietnam Banking Trade Union (North), Sacombank and Sawaco (South), will create a dream final match in the final round?

- All four teams are strong, evenly matched and have high fighting spirit. I believe that any match between them will bring the audience eye-catching, attractive and emotional matches.

Whatever the outcome, the most important thing is that the sportsmanship, unity and pride of the workers are spread through each match. If two of these four teams meet in the final, it will certainly be a true "dream final".

* The final match of the Northern qualifying round was refereed by FIFA referee Hoang Ngoc Ha, showing the great interest of VFF in the tournament. Will the final match of the final round continue to be refereed by a FIFA referee?

- VFF always attaches importance to the fairness, transparency and professional quality of tournaments, whether professional or amateur. Assigning FIFA referees to officiate important matches demonstrates our commitment to improving organizational standards, ensuring the tournament is held in the fairest and most professional manner.

In the national final round, the VFF Referee Board will continue to arrange a team of qualified and experienced referees, which may include FIFA referees, to officiate the final match, in order to bring the audience a beautiful match, in the true spirit of sportsmanship and worthy of the stature of the National Football Tournament for Workers and Civil Servants.
