Late on November 6, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha inspected the damage caused by storm No. 13 in Quy Nhon and Quy Nhon Dong wards. Accompanying him were comrade Thai Dai Ngoc - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee and Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Environment Nguyen Hoang Hiep.

According to initial reports, storm No. 13 with its very strong winds caused a lot of damage. Along the roads in the center of Quy Nhon ward, a series of trees were uprooted, lamp posts and signs were broken and scattered. Some roads in Quy Nhon and Quy Nhon Dong wards were partially flooded due to heavy rain.
