According to initial reports, storm No. 13 with its very strong winds caused a lot of damage. Along the roads in the center of Quy Nhon ward, a series of trees were uprooted, lamp posts and signs were broken and scattered. Some roads in Quy Nhon and Quy Nhon Dong wards were partially flooded due to heavy rain.
