Accordingly, the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City requires schools to organize teaching and integrate knowledge about traffic safety into the 2018 general education program, suitable for each level of education.

Strengthening the coordination between schools - families - society in legal education; focusing on students and parents, mobilizing each family not to give vehicles to students who are not qualified to drive. Propagating and educating students on using public transport and traffic culture when participating in traffic on public transport.

Enhance the responsibility of schools and teachers in managing students to strictly comply with regulations on using means of transport to school and comply with traffic safety regulations.

Organize for parents to sign a commitment not to give motorbikes, especially those with a cylinder capacity of over 50cc to students, and for students to sign a commitment not to use motorbikes, motorbikes under the age of driving or without a driver's license from the beginning of the new school year in September.

When receiving notice of students violating traffic laws, schools need to coordinate with parents to take specific measures to educate students who violate the law:
