Phu Ninh focuses on preparing for the Party Congress

The Standing Committee of Phu Ninh District Party Committee selected Tam Loc Commune Party Committee as the unit to organize a congress to draw experience in directing and organizing party congresses and grassroots party cells for the 2025 - 2030 term.

The Party cell of Dai Dong village was selected by the Standing Committee of the Tam Loc Commune Party Committee to organize a model congress for the 2025-2027 term to gain experience in directing the congresses of party cells under the Commune Party Committee. By January 12, 2025, all 11 party cells under the Tam Loc Commune Party Committee had completed their congresses for the 2025-2027 term.

Mr. Phan Van Ba ​​- Secretary of the Party Committee of Tam Loc commune said that the congress of the Party cells took place to ensure 4 contents: Summarizing the implementation of the resolution for the 2022 - 2025 term and determining the goals, tasks and solutions for the 2025 - 2027 term; reviewing the leadership of the Party cell executive committee for the 2022 - 2025 term; giving comments on documents of the higher-level Party Congress; electing the Party cell executive committee, secretary and deputy secretary of the Party cell executive committee for the 2025 - 2027 term and electing delegates to attend the Tam Loc Commune Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term.

"In general, the Party cells carefully and seriously prepared and organized the congress for the 2025-2027 term, successfully. The Commune Party Committee focused on leading the preparation of documents, personnel and necessary conditions to prepare for the organization of the model congress before March 15, 2025.

Along with that, the Party Committee directed the organization of extensive propaganda work and launched emulation movements to achieve achievements to celebrate important political events in 2025; to welcome Party congresses at all levels to create a vibrant and exciting atmosphere, truly a widespread political activity among cadres, party members and people" - Mr. Ba shared.

Phu Ninh District Party Committee currently has 51 subordinate grassroots party organizations (TCCSĐ). Of these, there are 10 commune and town party committees; 3 party committees of agencies and armed forces; 38 grassroots party cells. In addition, there are 124 party cells directly under the grassroots party committee. The entire district Party Committee has 3,081 party members.

The Standing Committee of Phu Ninh District Party Committee promptly organized to disseminate and deploy the contents of the congress directive documents of the Central, the province and the district to key officials of the district and grassroots levels at the 20th District Party Committee conference on October 4, 2024.

At the same time, direct the Party Committees and grassroots Party cells to organize, deploy and disseminate documents related to the congress to all Party members, to be completed before October 15, 2024. The District Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee issue documents directing, guiding and implementing the congress; establish sub-committees, support groups and steering working groups.

According to the plan, on March 13 and 14, 2025, Tam Loc Commune Party Committee will hold a model congress. Other Party Committees are expected to complete their congresses in May 2025. Party cells under the District Party Committee are expected to complete their congresses in June 2025.

Regarding the direction and preparation for the congress, Mr. Le Van Ninh - Standing Deputy Secretary of Phu Ninh District Party Committee said that Tam Loc Commune Party Committee has drafted (second time) the political report, is synthesizing and completing it according to the comments of the district's departments, branches and sectors.

Meanwhile, the remaining 9 communes and towns have drafted (first time) political reports and are synthesizing and collecting comments from affiliated party cells.

“Tam Loc Commune Party Committee has completed the process of introducing re-elected personnel and personnel participating in the Party Committee for the first time, the Party Committee Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Deputy Party Secretary, Party Committee Inspection Committee members, Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Party Committee Inspection Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

The remaining communes and towns will be led to complete the implementation in February 2025. 46/124 Party cells have held congresses for the 2025-2027 term. The remaining 78/124 Party cells are expected to complete the organization in the first quarter of 2025" - Mr. Ninh said.
