Women of the Provincial Military Command are steadfast in all tasks
Despite the small and scattered force, the women of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Military Command always promote their political qualities and the tradition of "Uncle Ho's soldiers". The members have maintained the qualities of "confidence - self-respect - loyalty - responsibility", effectively participated in training, were ready to fight, trained their physical strength, improved their professional skills; performed well on-duty duties, ensured documents and personnel numbers.
In staff, administrative and political work, members always work meticulously and accurately; the female team of clerks and archivists ensures the safety and confidentiality of records. In the field of logistics and engineering, female military doctors take care of soldiers' health and support people when needed; women in logistics maintain scientific kitchens, improve dishes and carry out the movement "Feed good soldiers, manage military supplies well".
In addition to professional duties, women members also actively propagate and fight against wrong views; participate in cultural and sports activities; build civilized and happy military families with models of "5 no, 3 clean", "Typical military family".
Faced with increasingly high task requirements, the women of the Provincial Military Command continue to strengthen the organization of the Association, enhance political and ideological education, promote their role in military and defense tasks, closely coordinate with the Provincial Women's Union; determined to successfully complete assigned tasks.
Actively promote and mobilize members to take the lead in all movements.

Propaganda and mobilization work is identified by the Women's Union of Phu Dinh commune as a key task. This is an important solution to bring the Party's policies and the State's laws to members and the community.
In recent years, the Commune Women's Union has been proactive, creative, and coordinated with the Party Committee, the government, the Fatherland Front, and other organizations to carry out propaganda activities suitable for the characteristics of mountainous areas and the ATK region. Resolutions and policies are integrated into the activities of the branch, focusing on contents close to life such as new rural construction, sustainable poverty reduction, digital transformation, and building a cultural life. Propaganda methods have been innovated in a visual and interactive direction, helping members to easily access and apply them.
The Association maintains many effective models including: “5 no, 3 clean”, “Self-managed women’s safety group”, “Peaceful family - happy society”, “Women say no to law violations and social evils”. In particular, applying information technology through Zalo groups and Facebook pages helps information to be shared promptly, meeting the requirements of digital transformation. Thanks to that, women members actively participate in economic development, village road improvement, environmental sanitation, and support for poor households.
A solid foundation in social security and charity

Under the leadership of the Commune Party Committee and the direction of the superior Union, the Women's Union of Ba Be Commune has implemented many practical programs such as giving gifts to policy families, war invalids and sick soldiers; supporting poor students and new recruits; mobilizing support for women in the border areas, eliminating temporary houses in Dien Bien and supporting the homeland's sea and islands.
The “Godmother” program continues to support orphans and members in difficult circumstances. The Association supports the construction of houses and sanitation facilities for 20 member households, mobilizing more than 22 million VND and hundreds of working days. At the same time, the Association helps more than 40 sick and disadvantaged member households with more than 1,300 working days.
In economic development, the Association promotes the movement “Women help each other develop family economy”, manages 15 loan groups with a total outstanding loan of over 26 billion VND, creating conditions for 410 member households to expand production, livestock and cultivation. The Association organizes 8 vocational training classes and provides training on production and business knowledge, improves members’ capacity, promotes entrepreneurship and strengthens economic autonomy.
Promoting the effectiveness of the Campaign "Building a family of 5 no's and 3 clean's"

The campaign "Building a family of 5 no's and 3 clean's" in the mountainous commune of Na Ri has developed into a widespread movement, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of members and promoting new rural construction.
Over the past years, the Women's Union has organized 104 propaganda sessions with 1,427 members attending; mobilized 90% of families to register for the Campaign and 85% met all 8 criteria; supported 25 households to escape poverty; organized seminars to improve knowledge on raising children and building happy families. These results have contributed to improving the lives of members and affirming the pioneering role of the Union in building new rural areas.
To improve efficiency, the Association has identified a number of key solutions: strengthening propaganda and mobilizing members to participate in new rural construction; encouraging the application of science and technology, linking safe agricultural production; coordinating the implementation of policies related to women, family and gender equality; launching the "Women live green" movement, maintaining green - clean - beautiful self-managed roads; implementing the "3 safe" criteria (safety, peace of mind, social security); mobilizing social resources; replicating effective models...

Vo Nhai commune has a large area, a scattered population and a high proportion of ethnic minority women. The whole commune currently has more than 1,500 members operating in 26 branches.
To gather and mobilize members to participate in movements, the Commune Women's Union has proactively innovated the content and form of propaganda related to the needs of members; integrated into branch activities, cluster conferences and applied social networks to update information quickly and accurately. Many effective models and movements have been maintained such as: "5 no, 3 clean", "Women say no to social evils", "Women's self-management group for traffic safety" and "Green Sunday"...
During the period 2021-2025, the quality of association activities has improved, 100% of associations maintain regular activities, of which about 20% are excellent. The Association actively advises on policies related to women and children, participates in monitoring and social criticism; at the same time, supports economic development through fruit tree planting models, organic livestock farming, traditional product production and community tourism.
In the coming term, the Association will continue to innovate methods of gathering members, improve staff capacity, expand economic models, strengthen propaganda to build women of the new era, consolidate a strong Association organization, and contribute to building a rich, civilized, and happy homeland.
