Phu Tho announces 7 new administrative procedures in many fields

Kinhtedothi - The Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee has just signed and issued Decision No. 503/QD-UBND on promulgating the List of newly issued administrative procedures in the fields of investment in Vietnam; industrial parks, economic zones under the jurisdiction of the provincial level.

Accordingly, the List of 7 newly issued administrative procedures in the fields of investment in Vietnam; industrial parks and economic zones under the jurisdiction of the provincial level is announced together with this Decision. The Phu Tho Industrial Parks Management Board will receive dossiers, return results; and issue and change investment registration certificates according to special investment procedures.

In the investment sector in Vietnam, new administrative procedures include: granting investment registration certificates under special investment procedures; adjusting project operational objectives under special investment procedures; granting and exchanging investment registration certificates under special investment procedures.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Phu Tho Industrial Park Management Board to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to review and develop new internal procedures for handling administrative procedures announced in Article 1 of this Decision; complete the dossier and submit it to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for approval according to regulations.

Coordinate with the Department of Information and Communications (Department of Science and Technology after reorganizing specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee) to update, publicly post, promptly, fully and accurately the List of administrative procedures and components of each administrative procedure announced in Article 1 of this Decision on the Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System according to regulations.

The Office of the Provincial People's Committee updates and publicly posts promptly, fully and accurately information and data on administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of Phu Tho provincial authorities at all levels into the National Database on Administrative Procedures as prescribed.
