By proactively anticipating difficulties, making good use of internal opportunities and market fluctuations, and with the motto of "renewing old motivations, adding new motivations", PV GAS has synchronously deployed solutions for management and operation, business development, promoting and expanding international business markets, etc. As a result, PV GAS has controlled and closely followed the tasks and targets of the year's plan, minimizing the impact of unfavorable factors, and successfully completing the important goals and tasks set out.
The entire gas system/works of PV GAS operate safely and effectively, maintaining high reliability and availability; maintenance, repair, and calibration work are good. In the past year, PV GAS has completed the increase in processing capacity of Dinh Co GPP Plant to 7 million m3 of gas/day and the increase in the sendout capacity of Thi Vai LNG warehouse to 7.7 million m3 of gas/day, contributing to increasing production/supply output and asset utilization efficiency at PV GAS.
Business and market development activities have achieved many outstanding results. PV GAS is the first enterprise to supply nearly 400 million m3 of LNG regasified from imported LNG to electricity customers; successfully deploying the integrated energy business model nationwide, contributing greatly to the unit's operating revenue; international business activities have grown strongly (equal to 168% compared to 2024 with revenue reaching nearly 1 billion USD).
Completed all planned output targets, in which LPG business set a record high since its establishment (nearly 3.1 million tons). Exceeded all financial plan targets by 50-89%, in which revenue target reached the highest ever (total revenue of PV GAS reached nearly 130,000 billion VND).

Investment and construction work is being actively implemented, closely following the set schedule. In 2024, the Thi Vai LPG Tank Project, Thi Vai LNG Tanker Filling Station, and the Gas Supply Line for Nhon Trach 3 & 4 Power Plants were completed, contributing to the completion of the LNG import/supply infrastructure chain in Vietnam. In addition, the development of long-term strategies and plans is also being implemented in line with the new situation.
In terms of restructuring, labor and training: PV GAS has completed the increase in charter capital (up 2%); completed the establishment of PV GAS International Company in Singapore; completed procedures to establish PV GAS Logistics. The total number of employees of PV GAS is over 4,200, of which the parent company has over 1,400 people. Last year, more than 11,000 people participated in domestic/foreign training courses.
PV GAS continues to be highly appreciated by prestigious domestic and foreign organizations: In the "Top 50 Prestigious and Effective Public Companies in 2024"; for the 12th consecutive time receiving the Forbes Honor "Top 50 Best Listed Companies in Vietnam in 2024" - Top 3 Companies with the highest revenue and Top 6 Companies with the best profits; Top 12 leading enterprises in the PROFIT500 Ranking - "Top 500 Most Profitable Enterprises in Vietnam in 2024"; continues to be honored as "Vietnam National Brand"; in the Top 100 of the list of 500 largest companies in Southeast Asia; ranked 2nd in VIE10 in the Oil and Gas - Energy - Electricity group.
PV GAS affirms to continue to maintain its leading and proactive position in the whole Petrovietnam through the indicators in the first 5 months of 2025, specifically: Gas output received and consumed reached from 45% to 50% of the whole year; LPG business reached over 1.3 million tons (international business over 0.6 million tons), equal to 69% of the plan for the whole year 2025; consolidated revenue reached over 46.5 trillion VND, equal to 63% of the plan for the whole year 2025; pre-tax profit reached over 7.4 trillion VND, equal to 112% of the plan for the whole year 2025; Construction investment work is actively implemented, closely following the plan, with the disbursement value of the parent company reaching 842 billion VND, equal to 25% of the plan for the whole year 2025. Focus on implementing the investment project to expand and increase the capacity of Thi Vai LNG warehouse to 3 million tons/year, Son My LNG import port project, Ethane separation project at Dinh Co; preparing for investment in the Cold LPG and LNG storage project in the North/North Central region; Gas supply project for Long An 1, 2 Power Plant; Project to increase the capacity of Phu My - Ho Chi Minh gas pipeline; ...
